Why people email

What to include

For a time-zone or date bug, include the page URL, the city or IANA time-zone name, the date you checked, the result you expected, and any public source that supports the correction. For holiday data, an official government source is most useful. For embed questions, include the page where the iframe is installed and the tool slug you are using.

Please do not send private travel documents, medical details, payroll files, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive data. Zeitful tools are informational utilities, and support requests should be limited to the minimum information needed to reproduce the issue.

Response time

We aim to reply within 2 business days London time (Europe/London). Data corrections that require a cited source may take longer because they need to be checked before the page changes. Advertising and affiliate enquiries are reviewed separately from editorial corrections, and paid relationships do not decide which tools or guides we publish.

How corrections are handled

Accuracy matters more than speed here. When you report a problem with a time-zone offset, a daylight saving date, a public-holiday entry, or any calculated result, we trace it back to the underlying data or formula rather than patching a single page. If a source has genuinely changed, we update the data set so every page that depends on it is corrected at once, and we keep the citation visible so you can verify the fix yourself. Where a result is correct but the explanation was unclear, we rewrite the wording instead. Reader corrections have improved real entries on the site, and credited or anonymous feedback is always welcome.

Zeitful does not run a phone line, a live chat, or a support ticket portal, and it never asks for payment to use any tool. Email is the single contact channel, and that is deliberate: it keeps a written record of every correction and lets the person who maintains the code answer you directly.
