Acceptable use

Zeitful is free for personal and commercial use, including embedding our widgets on your own sites. You agree not to scrape the site at rates that degrade service for other users, and not to reproduce the site as a wholesale copy elsewhere.

You also agree not to use Zeitful to publish unlawful content, interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, probe private infrastructure, remove required attribution from embedded widgets, or misrepresent Zeitful as the source of your own service. We may block traffic, disable embeds, or remove access where use threatens site reliability or violates these terms.

No warranty

Time-zone math depends on the IANA tzdata, which we keep up to date but cannot guarantee against governmental DST changes announced with little notice. Zeitful is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any specific purpose. Do not use Zeitful as the sole source of truth for legally binding scheduling.

The calculators, guides, calendar exports, and embeds are informational tools. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or professional advice. Public holidays, daylight-saving rules, court deadlines, employment rules, and travel requirements can change with little notice, so you should confirm important decisions against the relevant official source.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zeitful and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed meetings, missed deadlines, travel disruption, payroll errors, or business losses arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Zeitful, which is currently zero.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction listed by Zeitful when a formal company entity is published. Until that placeholder is replaced, nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Changes

We may update these terms; substantive changes get a notice at the top of the site. Continuing to use Zeitful after a change means you accept the new terms.
