Who runs Zeitful

Zeitful is built, owned, and operated by Vikas Dulgunde, based in London, United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the limited personal data described below. For any privacy question or data request, email team@palenebula.com.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies, neither stores personal data. We see aggregate page views and Core Web Vitals.
• Newsletter email addresses — only if you submit them. Used to send the weekly "best meeting times" digest. Unsubscribe link in every email.
• Anonymous tool counters. When you use a tool we may increment a daily counter so we can see which tools are popular. We do not store your inputs, results, IPs, or device fingerprints.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the site, send requested email, prevent newsletter abuse, understand aggregate usage, improve page performance, and keep time and date tools reliable. We do not sell newsletter addresses, tool inputs, or support messages. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not submit it through Zeitful tools or contact replies.

Cookies

Zeitful serves Google AdSense ads, which set cookies for ad personalisation. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings or browser-level controls. We do not set first-party tracking cookies.

Google and its partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, and, where permitted, personalise advertising. Plausible analytics does not use cookies on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Third-party services

• Google AdSense provides display advertising and may process ad-related cookies or identifiers.
• Plausible Analytics provides privacy-focused, aggregate analytics without cookies.
• Resend sends newsletter confirmation and delivery emails when email sending is configured.
• Vercel hosts the site and may process technical logs needed to deliver and secure the service.

Embedded widgets

When Zeitful widgets are embedded on third-party sites, we log anonymous impressions (timestamp, parent host) to track widget installs. No personal data is collected from your visit to those pages.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold (essentially: your newsletter subscription). Use the contact instructions on the contact page. You may also unsubscribe from newsletter email using the link in each message.
